Returns & Refunds
We accept returns and offer refunds under the following conditions:
- Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with any packaging intact.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or email) is required.

- After you message us you can start shipping the product to us ( please note that you will take care of the shipping cost )
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Please note that Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a description and photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement or issue a full refund as you like Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, we cannot guarantee cancellations as the order may already be in production or shipped.
